Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling:
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of a 48 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 service charge.
Customer must be able to provide access for the start of services within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. After initial 15 minutes, failure to provide entry will result in a $15 service charge. If no access is provided after 30 minutes, or appointment results in a customer no show, a service charge of $50 will be invoiced to the customer.
Payment Terms:
Payments are to be due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. Mailing of a check or payment must be received within 14 days. After 14 days, all late payments will result in a $25 fee invoiced to customer.
All dishonored or returned checks will result in a $25 fee which will be invoiced to the customer.
